Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your OneStopMart account at any time. Once your request is processed, your account will no longer be accessible.
How to delete your account
- Open the OneStopMart app and go to Profile.
- Tap Settings → Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the request.
If you can’t access the app
Email support@onestopmart.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Please include your registered phone number (if available) to help us verify ownership.
What data is deleted
- Profile and account identifiers tied to your login
- Saved addresses and preferences (where applicable)
What data may be retained
We may retain certain information as required for legal, compliance, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes (for example, records of transactions). Any retained data is protected and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Processing time
We typically process deletion requests within 7–14 business days. If additional verification is needed, we’ll contact you.
